Good Our first room had not been cleaned yet, but they quickly fixed it. Great deal and had plenty of space.

We stayed 3 nights. Were surprised, but probably shouldn't have been, when we told no room service. Of course, surprise #2 was to find out I could have had it for an extra $5 a night. Front desk staff were very friendly, and had absolutely no problem meeting our request for new towels and a coffee maker. Room was moderately clean - found a couple of objects on the rug that apparently had not been vacuumed. Bed was okay; not great. I did like the quiet nature of the hotel; I did like that they were conservative and did not clean the room each day or change towels each day. Made my room feel safer and reduces unnecessary washing of towels and sheets.

Good stay in Asheville Needed a place for one night. Great location, convenient to downtown. Older hotel but has been nicely renovated. Clean room and lobby. Very friendly and helpful desk agent. Would consider staying here on a future visit
