Great place for the money If you have a noisy neighbor you were sunk, otherwise this hotel is a ood location and the kitchenette is great

Consistent quality and service The Extended Stay Asheville on Tunnel Road has a freindly, upbeat staff, who are attentive to your needs. The room was clean, the kitchen was well supplied, and the maid service was the best, very effecient, but non intrusive. I would recommend this hotel to everyone. There are numerous eating establishments on Tunnel Road and it has easy access to 240, the gateway to everywehere you wish to go in Asheville.

Reliable service This is my second stay with Extended Stay at this location. They're always accommodating and the rooms are always clean. The beds are very characteristically hard, as most hotel beds are. This is the one "negative". Everything else was great. Front desk staff was very helpful. Will stay there again.

overall review Everyone was real nice and no problem getting more coffee, towels, washclothes, etc. at the front desk. It was a holiday weekend and maintenance could not find replacement bulbs for the ones that were out in our room. They did apologize for the inconvenience. They were real quick to phone the room and make sure everything was ok when I set the alarm off while cooking eggs for breakfast.

First time to Asheville Would not recommend. Staff not very attentive to guests. Box spring on bed torn and stained. No extra pillows provided. Had to ask front desk for shampoo.
