Was fine Had to call hotel for directions, the staff was very helpful. Everything was set when I got there. Room was just as expected. Well worth the price.
Enjoyed my stay I enjoyed my stay at this hotel only wish it had a pool but overall i would recommend this hotel.
Secluded and Priced Right This hotel is in a nice area, secluded by trees, with only the O'Charley's restaurant right across the parking lot. Very nice price for what you get, which is basically a studio apartment. Bring your own shampoo, though. Had to make my sales call with dirty hair.
Well never got to check in..Property waited until 7pm, 4 hours after 3pm check in to have front desk call and tell me the manager canceled my reservation for "personal.reasons" Not very professional at all and i am filing a complaint with hotel chain.

The room smelled of smoke the first night, when they cleared it out when I was out that day my second night was dealing with an above loud person all night. It was not the staffs fault, they did what they could. But for the price, it was honestly the worst experience I have had.

The staff was very friendly, and that is where the positives end. As soon as my wife and I walked through the door to our room, the pungent smell of must blasted in our faces. We took our shoes off and quickly noticed that the bottoms of our socks were quickly blackened. I wiped a towel on the floor and it immediately turned black, as if I had just wiped it on charcoal. My room wasn't ready on time ..I had clean the room my self ...no Internet the whole time I was there ..I spent over 600 to stay ...not happy
Great staff, bad rooms The only good thing about this hotel is its staff. Its staff is some of the BEST hotel staff I’ve run into in a while! Great personalities and very kind! Now- it’s two stars cuz of the room. The air conditioning was loud and we couldn’t sleep well, and you can hear upstairs! Very frustrating
