I did NOT like the staff nasty ugly people. Had no problem taking my money & my key rewards & soon as i get to the property to check in hand my ID i get told "we do not rent to locals". Would NOT refund me did NOT even get a sorry. So i slept in my vehicle cuz i had NO more money

Abandoned building next to it. Graffiti and debris everywhere. I came out to leave and One of my tires was flat. The air was let out. Not a good start to leave in the morning for a 600 mile drive home. 35” tv. Smelled dirty in the halls, elevator and a free breakfast was a joke. Pet friendly “Wow” I have a 15 pound Maltese and they allowed at a fee. I was going on the elevator and a person came out with two pits. Needless to say I had to quickly pick my little guy up. Not safe in any aspect.

did not feel safe or secure. bed was falling apart, A/C would not go below 76 degrees

The bed and pillow had stained all over. The breakfast was terrible

Just because I live 35 miles away, why should I explain why my wife and I are staying at a hotel in Asheville. That is discrimination and should be illegal. I paid for the room, why do I have to explain myself.
