A Disappointing Hotel, Will Not Stay Again When we arrived, the check in was a very slow process even with nobody else waiting. The hotel manager seemed to have trouble with English as well as the computer and credit card machine. Door keys did not work. The rooms were very run down. The "free" internet was too slow to be usable but you can pay extra and get faster service. The water pressure for the showers was very low. Parking was adequate and the bed was fairly comfortable. NASTY!! DO NOT STAY HERE! I travel often for work so I stay in hotels with kitchenettes when possible, however I have never stayed in an extended stay type hotel that had a kitchen but NO dishes & I mean NONE. Not even a paper cup for a drink of water. I had to go to the desk & request a glass & fork so I could eat take-out dinner. The air conditioning never got more than barely comfortable, no matter what I set the temperature at. The entire room was gross. Worst service ever and rudest people working for that hotel. I complained and all they could say was "oh,sorry" and didn't even help with the situation. I would NEVER recommend this hotel to anyone ever!

They oversold the hotel so never got a room. Terrible handling of this case. Will never go back.

Fortunately I was only staying here for a brief night. I shared the room with several large roaches. Bed was not comfortable. I was too exhausted to care.

Fire the checkout attendant. Checkout was a nightmare. The attendant was extremely rude and condescending.

The worse hotel . I did not even stay there. Paid for the room, walked in, it was so gross and the smell was gross. I turned right around and left.

Not a great stay. The air conditioning system was remiss. We had to keep it on 60 just to keep the room from being hot. The restroom by the pool had a clogged toilet and was in need of repair. It was full of feces and needed cleaned very nasty.
