Dont book unless you have too Do not book this hotel. Instead of ranting let me just point out the facts. 1. I booked 3 rooms in almost 4 month advanced notice, yet when i arrived they had all 3 rooms on different floors and refused to change them because the hotel was full. 2. All three were to be non smoking and 2 out of the 3 smelled like smoking. 3. They RAN OUT OF BEDDING!! I asked the front desk and I was told there was some being cleaned. Mommy and Daughter Getaway Upon arriving to the hotel there was no one there to great me at the desk. The lobby was not clean as gum/candy was stuck in the carpet at the desk. I got my room key and upon entering the room it smelled, so I had to go to Walmart to get cleaning supplies (Clorox, Febreeze, etc) to ensure bathroom was to health standards. Parking was limited.

Thank you for your recent review of your stay. I apologize that you were not satisfied with the level of service we provide at our hotel. Our policy is to have the front desk open from 7am until 11pm. From 11pm until 7am we have an attendant on duty; however, they are not always stationed at the front desk. There is a phone in the lobby to reach this attendant at all times.
