Extended stay america Sofas are dirty and old, carpet is dirty, hall way and elevators have cigarettes butt.

sucks The service is horrible. There isn't anything in the rooms you have to keep going downstairs to get everything from the front desk. The service is horrible. The keys kept not working. The staff just busts into your room without knocking. And plus they tried to kick us out early because they got our checkout time wrong
Disappointing At the time I booked I could have sworn the rating was 3.5, But not close! Upon entering the hotel it was dirty all the tables in the area were dirty and the carpet looked as though it had not been vacuumed in a week. The young lady at the desk was very kind, she looked up my room to get me situated. When I got into the elevator to go to the room it stunk of cigarettes and alcohol it was gross. Never Again I stayed 5 nights, Purgatory, my room cleaned 1 day out of 5, Rent to Section 8, Next time will sleep in my car rather than stay there

Last resort kind of place. The little pictures I found on this place sold a different place for sure. No amenities to speak of. It SAYS there is a breakfast included but was only granola bars, oranges and coffee, that's it! Also be aware there are many undesirables that hang around this hotel and pose a potential safety and cleanliness issue. Observed 6 different rooms and all were filthy and smelled. Got there and they didn't have my reservation . After an hour I just paid cash for the room. They talked bad about expedia.

Close to Gwinnet Center Not a clean hotel. Garbage from previous guests remained under the sink top, with bad smell.

Definitely a one time stay only! Upon check in, it was made clear that my room had no kitchen supplies and needed to be requested by item (silverware, coffee maker, towels, dishes, etc.). I requested all of these items at this time. By the end of the evening of my 1st night, none of the items above had been delivered. I once again requested the needed kitchen supplies, and only received one of the following items- fork, spoon, knife, plate, towel, coffee maker, and coffee cup.
