Not Satisfied! I was not satisfied with the Extended Stay Hotel because the first room was not properly cleaned, window wouldn't shut, and television screen was badly scratched. They gave me another room after I complained; however, I was still not satisfied because the tv volume wasn't working. It kept getting lower and lower as you watched it. The floor carpet had lint on it, and the overall quality of service was not superb! I would not recommend this hotel to anyone!

I didn't want a smoking room I was put into a hard spot when I arrived and the receptionists seemed to not know what they were doing. I waited in line for 15 minutes.Then when I got to the desk, I thought I was going to be easy. They had my reservation and then I was told that there reservations were confused and they didn't have any non-smoking rooms left. Did they do anything special for me? No. I didn't have a choice, I had to take it, it was already late.

Not the place if you want clean place Arrive at 7pm, room was not even ready that time, more than that they gave us a key which room was still occupied. Front desk did not even know there were people still in the room. Also, nobody told couple of very important things about this hotel. Still you CAN smoke in room and room smells very strong cigarette smell NO house keeping unless you stay over a week If you need extra towels, light bulb is out,or anything, you need to go to front desk. Some human errors! I was very disappointed in their housekeeping. There were no towels in my room and I didn't realize it until I got back in my hotel room around 3am. It was a hot day and night and really needed a shower before getting in bed. I called the front desk and got a remote operator. I told her that I needed towels in my room and she told me that the front desk will be open at 7am. I didn't get to take a shower before going to bed and I didn't get my towels until 1pm. Great Hotel...very poor management and staff! The hotel (building) was not that bad. Unfortunately, the staff and management were far from professional or accommodating. We took a youth group to a 3 day concert int he Atlanta area. I requested to reserve rooms next to each other that had a connecting door between them. I was told by the staff (when I talked to them personally over the phone) that they did not have any rooms that had connecting doors. Don't do it The hallways and elevators smelled, my wife walked through with shirt up over her face every time we left or returned to the room. The was no daily maid service. The exercise room was ok, but they had no towels to wipe off equipment. I will never stay there again, too many better choices out there.
