Ehh.. The lady at the front desk was really nice when we were checking in and out. The AC unit was leaking so we had a wet spot on the carpet. We set it at 60 and it took HOURS to get anywhere near as cold as we wanted it to be. We checked the beds and towels before using them and found MULTIPLE hairs on the top sheet of one bed, 2 towels, and on the bathroom door. Never got the sheets for the sofa bed. The room had terrible odor. Mold around shower. Air conditioning wasn't working well, room was warm.

Second tries Upon check-in they said I reserved a smoking room. Totally not true, we do not smoke. I pulled my reservation from phone and it said non smoking. He stated he had no more non smoking rooms. He made a call and magically came up with a room. Parking also was a nightmare. The overflow was actually over the hill approx. 0.30 mi. away. This is the second time I've stayed at a Extended Stay and ended up with below average services. Not again!

Lousy Staffing / Supply problems The room was fine, we(my daughter and I) had no issues with the room. We had issues with the staff treatment of the guests. The service was pretty lousy. 1) we heard one of the staff members tell another guest that they had to pay for the room to be cleaned, 2)During the week, (we were there from Sunday-Saturday (6 nights), they ran out of toilet paper, and when I asked for 2 rolls of toilet paper, they gave us only 1 roll, and they told me that "they were waiting for the truck to deliver the... read more

Conhecendo Atlanta O hotel não está de acordo com o que eu conheço da rede Extended Stay America, o Café Internacional oferecido não corresponde ao padrão da rede. Normalmente não tinha mais café das 8:00 em diante, sendo que o mesmo era oferecido até a 9:30. O funcionário que cuidava do café era o mesmo que atendia a recepção, acabava não fazendo nenhum dos dois direito. Deixaram de fazer a limpeza semanal do quarto, só indo depois de reclamarmos. Overpriced dump When checking in my room is on the sixth floor and I had to wait for the elevator to be repaired. The room was filthy. The furnishing look like it came from Goodwill from the back of the store where they throw things out to the trash. Duct tape was was at the top and bottom of the connecting room door. Hopefully that was not the only thing holding the door close, I was afraid to check It might fall. Light fixture the bathroom was falling out.
