Pleasant memories Already back to my home country, but Ms TIAYONNA, the lady at the front desk? She was great. Went out of her way to deal with every single of my many requests. Some say I ask too much, but she's the antidote and with a pleasant smile. More of Tiayonna in every Extended Stay America please

Good location, staff very friendly specially Destiny she went above and beyond assisting us. Only issue I saw was no ice machine.

The staff was very nice. The room was very clean. The elevators don’t work consistently.

Couple problems, first assigned room four sets of key cards didn’t work even after the desk clerk went and tried with another key card. Moved to another room that had plumbing problems. Have stayed before with no problems. But I think this was my last time there.

I was charged $10 more for my room because they didn't have the room that I had reserved. when I talk to the desk about it... They said they would refund $10 to my card... But it never happened. ☹️☹️
