Couple problems, first assigned room four sets of key cards didn’t work even after the desk clerk went and tried with another key card. Moved to another room that had plumbing problems. Have stayed before with no problems. But I think this was my last time there.

I was charged $10 more for my room because they didn't have the room that I had reserved. when I talk to the desk about it... They said they would refund $10 to my card... But it never happened. ☹️☹️
