Two star operating at a level of four stars. The rooms were clean and regularly maintained. The staff was welcoming, professional and very assuring. A good place for a big family as mine.

Guest Service Could Be Better Extended Stay America is my favorite hotel thus far. Customer Service needs work. I think it's extremely rude to put paperwork first before a guest standing right in front of you which this has happened on numerous occasions my stay here. When I am finally next in line for help, it's then amazing Guest Service. Close to everywhere I had to go no more than a 15 min drive

The property itself has remained consistent since my first visit in November 2018, and the hospitality staff has improved dramatically. Special “thanks” to the front desk staff and management. Extended Stay America has become my “go to” location when I need a hotel room in Duluth, Georgia.

Check in was a bit of a hastle but it was right around 3pm! Room was very nice. Great location. No sheets in the pull out mattress or pillows for it though. Over all I’d rate this 7 out 10 and would stay here again.
