A nightmare for my whole family. First of all when I arrive to the hotel Tracy was really rude she said that i didnt have any reservation there she sent me to other hotel. Second time she didnt want to verified or see my ID to verified if she was spelling my name correctly, she said I cant do nothing if you want to stay you need to pay again to stay at this hotel I had to call Expedía, they help me. Good location Locates in a quiet street but a Convenient location as malls and supermarkets nearby even it took minutes walk. But if you have a car, it would not be a problem.only within 5 minutes drive. The hotel cleaniness needs to be improved.

Staycation Musty smell in 2nd floor hallway. Room made up for it; clean, neat and nice floor plan. However, only one soap bar in room. No other toiletries found.
