La recepcionista q nos atendió no era nada amable. Todo muy bien excepto q viaje desde ny hasta atlanta y llegamos a los 2 de la tarde y el Cheking era a las 3pm y tuve q pagar 25 dólares extra. Y sentí q no será justo. Por me he opedado en otras instalaciones del mismo hotel y nunca me habían cobrado por llegar antes y estaba demasiada cansada del viaje porque manejamos toda la noche y necesitaba bañarme y descansar un poco.

Good Area had to keep asked my for towels , good luck trying to find a parking spot after 11:00 pm, had to park at the hotel next door and walk to my room . other then that right by restaurants && malls .

The hotel was very clean and the staff very friendly but I ran into an issue with the room that I booked and what I was given. I had booked a king size bed and when I got to the room (they didn't tell me upon check in) it was a two double bed room. I spoke to the front desk and they said that was all they had available. I was not happy that the room that I pre-paid for was given to someone else. What's the point in booking a specific room if when you get there it isn't what you get??
