My stay at Extended stay America. The front desk clerks was excellent. Sharon Natallie and especially Keith. He was always very helpful great you with a smile. Keep up the good work. We need more people like your staff.
Nice location It was good. Only thing I didn't like. The carpet was wet when I got in the room.

a little slow on respone time, but overall OK my stay this time was pretty good only because of the response time in changing me to another room when there was a problem with the shower in the first room. i spoke with one desk rep and she was going to get maintenance to fix the issue. hours later when i returned it was not fixed. so i went back to the desk and the new person at the desk moved us to another room a few rooms from where i was located to resolve the issue. the only issue was the time it took to resolve the issue... read more
