location is great the hotel is in great location, I -85, exit #104, room is clean, bed is comfortable, will stay again.

Extended Stay Delux Gwinnett My stay was very comfortable despite waiting at the front desk 15 mins waiting for the clerk to come so i can check in..

Extended Stay America Deluxe - Gwinnett, GA Check in was flawless, the room was very clean and comfortable. Everything that would be needed to operate out of a hotel room as base of operations was provided. Staff was friendly and very accommodating. My only suggestion would have been to add some juice to the morning breakfast bar. I will definitely return to that hotel the next time I have to go to Atlanta, and will make Extended Stay America my preferred hotel when traveling in the future.

JOK bathrooms are very small, room was okay cleaned. Not a very quality hotel

Extended Stay - Gwinnett All and all - Very Nice Hotel! Full size frig with Kitchenette! Very Nice sized room --- Front Desk girl was a little short and busy talking with another worker -

Well worth the price. The hotel room was very nice :)....the only thing that was out of place is that there was not the little bottles of shampoo/conditioner. :)

Great Room This hotel was actually more that what I expected. With the new renovations it was well worth the money that was paid.

Home away from home Hotel room was very spacious. Full kitchen and living room area made it convenient to dine in and cook in order to save money. Room came equiped with flat screen tv and dvd player. Internet provided for a small fee. Breakfast was decent and good for the stay. Conveniently located by the mall, restaurants, stores, and family entertainment. Family of six were very comfotable and happy with the hotel. Pleseant front desk and fast with request.

Needs Improvement My experience with this hotel was horrible from the beginning. I needed to change the number of people staying in the room from 4 to 3. After calling multiple times and being told to leave my number for the manager Nicole, who never called me back, even while her voicemail stated "customer service was of her uttermost importance", the experience was no better once I got there. My smoking-free floor wreaked of smoke from the trash room where employees took their breaks, plus no one manned the front desk afte... read more
