Near the Gwinnett Arena and Mall and restaurants. Sheets had not been changed. Hair on the sheets when I pulled the spread down. Called front desk and they said the room had been cleaned and I reiterated that there are long and short hairs on the sheets and you could see they had been slept on. House Keeping came right away and changed the sheets. Took a shower and got the dryer to blow my hair dry and it was not working. Great Stay The room was clean and fresh. Also the are surrounding is great. Nice stay for a good price!

I like it.... I like the concept of the Extended Stay, if only I had stayed more than a night. There was a problem with the door and keys, but it was worked out. I enjoyed my night, it was quiet and restful.
Mattress Mattress was not comfortable at all, but room was very nice

very nice staff The Staff was always smiling and friendly unfortunately the pool was closed a lot.
Stay Alert The accommodations were clean and adequate. The exercise room and pool were nice. The breakfast was very continental but again adequate for the price. I was staying for three nights with wife and teen boys. One night we came back around midnight after taking relatives out to dinner. Our key cards didn't work and we couldn't get into our room. The person that was supposed to be at the front desk wasn't there. People arriving late couldn't check in. I had visions of us sleeping in the car. Someone said this happens ... read more
WORSE BEDS EVER!!! Beds were HORRIBLE - I actually pulled linens back to see if I was laying on two boxsprings (shockingly it was actually a mattress). I didn't sleep the entire stay. I paid 1/2 of the weekly rate and only stayed 2 nights. The room could have been cleaner but I loved the kitchenette. I was able to cook breakfast in the room, since we didn't want the 'grab n go' they provided.
