Good for one night My two children and I needed a one night stay while driving through the south. The hotel was okay for what we needed. The room was definitely spacious and clean, though there was not a plastic cup to use. There is really no breakfast, so this should not be incuded in the description of the hotel. It was only coffee, packaged muffins, and oatmeal. No milk or juice for the kids. The smell of smoke was obvious in the hallways.
For the money, I can't fathom a better value. Friendly staff, clean room, near shopping/dining/entertainment, right off the highway. Their wifi set up is awful (two many things to click, data to enter, commercials to view), but everything else was top notch. :)

The hotel don't clean room or change towel and sheets daily.

Good location Locates in a quiet street but a Convenient location as malls and supermarkets nearby even it took minutes walk. But if you have a car, it would not be a problem.only within 5 minutes drive. The hotel cleaniness needs to be improved.

Reservation not honored! When we arrived we were told that we did not have a reservation and that they were booked full for the night. We had reserved this hotel through hotels.com and had already paid with a confirmation number but the clerk said there was no record of it. We called hotels.com and an agent spoke to the clerk and "suddenly" there was an open room! The room had no towels, no sheets for the hidabed (we had 3 grandchildren with us) and a very small tv (32" was advertised) and the remote was missing. I overheard... read more
A nightmare for my whole family. First of all when I arrive to the hotel Tracy was really rude she said that i didnt have any reservation there she sent me to other hotel. Second time she didnt want to verified or see my ID to verified if she was spelling my name correctly, she said I cant do nothing if you want to stay you need to pay again to stay at this hotel I had to call Expedía, they help me.
