The staff was awesome. The only issue I had with room was that the bathtub did not drain well and the water pooled at my feet while I showered.

It’s a fine place to stay. North of special. Breakfast options very limited. Staff was nice. Place was clean. Good location as we were attending an event at Fifth Third Stadium. Nothing special, nothing wrong.
Property was fine. Expedia was terrible. Expedia was The worst customer service I've ever experienced. The hotel staff was more than willing to work with me but the staff at Expedia ignored my request for help
