The staff was very friendly and helpful. Delores (the maid) was amazing. The way she can remember names and care for her customers is impressive. She even knew my dad when he showed up on occassion saying, "He must be your father because "you look alike". They could, however, use a bell at the front desk.
Clean linens, bug free, and nice staff. The room has a small kitchen which is great if you need one, but we did not. The carpet in the room still had animal hair- not sure it was ever vacuumed. That being said, the sheets and towels were clean, and there were no bugs. The entryway smelled like weed, but the 3rd floor hallway and rooms were fine. Their to-go breakfast was adequate. Last time Water was not warm in shower. No plasticware to help out at all in room. Beds were miserable.
