We paid and booked a room before we arrived and then when we arrived they said they were all sold out of the room type we booked and didnt offer any discount. Then we had fake fingernails in our room that were not ours!

This hotel was the worst I've ever been in. Front desk staff sucked. There was a piece of pizza in a drawer, no dishes which is weird because it is an Extended Stay, bathroom faucet only went in one direction which is warm, bathroom door wouldn't shut or had a lock, no ice machine in the whole hotel, fire alarm went off and we all had to evacuate but the hotel staff didn't address us or say anything as we're standing outside. Nice pool NEVER open I booked this hotel based on the pool! Every time we went down to swim they were closing it for one reason or another! It made the trip bad because we couldn’t relax and enjoy ourselves!

I mean it’s a cheaper hotel, and you get what you pay for so don’t expect much. No coffee makers, below average breakfast. When we got to our room the floor was super dirty. Giant pizza crumbs on the floor, stickey counters, and found a dirty t shirt in my bed. They changed our room with no compensation. Do yourself a favor and stay literally anywhere else.

Honestly, there was absolutely nothing I liked about this hotel accept for that it was quiet. Other than this nothing about the hotel interested me. For example, there was tape everywhere like someone had had a party, there were holes in the extremely dirty carpet, I did not even want to touch the floor so I wore my shoes the entire time, for the cooler we did not have access to ice, this hotel is called extended stay and we only got one cup and one washcloth for five people and I doubt that one of each will last for however... read more

The first thing we noticed was the really bad smell throughout the hotel. Even in our room. It smelled like 100 year old carpet. And possibly MOLD. It was renovated and I wonder if they tried to cover it up. We liked the room size and features. But felt like it wasnt as clean as it appeared. We saw reviews about blood on the walls.

Roachs and Unhappy The room had cockroaches. It took 2 days of us constantly asking for extra pillows before we got them. Missing parts in the kitchen stuff. LocAtion was great for us because we were going to Atlanta Baseball.
