Front desk clerk was "dry", didnt smile, didnt tell us anything about the hotel rules that we were "totally" clueless about, our room wasnt cleaned, we could hear every step of creeking ceiling from above late night, we were not told tjere was nreakfast, when O questioned needing towels...fromt desk said thwy would be there by 2:30- 3PM but that didn't happen, when I told xleck I meeded towels...clerk told me that staff has to clean 75 rooms. Terrible experience. Look elsewhere. We checked in and went to our first room. I kid you not, there was a cockroach in the middle of the kitchen and my wife checked out the shower. It had little hairs in the bottom. I went down and requested another room. We got into our second room and noticed it was pretty warm. We had been driving for hours so we set our stuff down, turned the air on, and went and grabbed something to eat and a movie. Got back to the room and it was still around 80 degrees. Checked in at 5pm, room was not clean. Staff said they would have it ready for me after I returned from the Braves game. When I returned, after midnight, the room was the same as I left it and then I had to wait for them to find one that had been cleaned.

Staff rude and unprofessional. Room was very dirty and very musty. Check in was not ready at 3 as promised and i had to wait. No service at the front desk for over 2 1/2 hours to assist me with pillows since there was only 1 in the room. Hot Chocolate and stale granola. I have had more enjoyable multiple day stays at crack motels than i did for my 18 hour stay at this hotel. I will NEVER stay at anoyher extended stay as long as I am alive. Miserable experience.

Don’t do it Dirty room. Employees didn’t know what they were doing. Had one pillow for 2 people and they didn’t have anymore.

The hide a bed had clothes in it, a shirt and a jacket. Its mattress cover was ripped. Staff was unconcerned about us.
We waited at the front desk for over an hour. Nobody came. We finally gave up and checked into a nearby Days Inn.
