I like they are pet friendly. The facility needs updating and upgrading. The room carpets are very dirty. They need to be replaced. Also the bathroom floors are dirty and the tiles need to be replaced and/or regrouted.

There was a HUGE roach in my room inside the couch. They bed was smaller than expected.

So more My card was charged for 3 nights, it was only supposed to be for a night. Even though I had the bank statement they still didn't refund me for 2 days. They told me to call my bank and do a claim. There were roaches.
Its was disgusting. Since we got there everything looked dirty. And when we open the door to our bedroom, 5 cockroaches came out, just by turning on the light. Can’t even imagine how the beds were like. We went straight back to the lobby and cancelled our stay. I do not recommend this hotel!
Ick! while I waited to check in, I observed the gentleman behind the counter frustrate the 3 people in front of me. He was not rude, just didn't have a smile, said what he had to say, was not helpful and did not make anything pleasant. This is supposed to be an extended-stay hotel.
