Room had a smell wasnt clean the front desk lady was real cool

Not clean at all alrhough it appeared sheets were changed and fliir vacuumed and trash removed found used towels in drawers, smelled and felt dirty

After paying for my room and it being confirmed i show up to check in to be told after computer crashes that actually there are no rooms. Lady at front desk refused to answer phones because she didnt know how to handle the situation

I didn’t like the fact that i was able to book this property, call to confirm my reservation was received all to drive 50miles to the location and be told that it was sold out. DESPITE being able to reserve the room. The front desk staff Kristina and her sidekick were completely unhelpful and nonchalant about my issue . They didn’t offer to assist me with finding another property nor did they apologize for the inconvenience. In fact, they told me nothing about why the mishap even occurred. Terrible customer service.

This was hands-down the worst hotel we have ever stayed in! Although the lobby area gave the appearance of a decent property, it was anything but good. The first room we were assigned was completely trashed with boxes and garbage all over the place. When I went back to request a different room, I was informed that it was the last room with two queens and a pull out couch. It was a very fast and easy check in, I was also easily able to last minute upgrade my room which was nice. It’s good if you don’t mind it not being actually clean. Bath tub was dirty, chairs had questionable stains, windows don’t completely shut, LOTS of stink bugs. Which I thought was weird for a hotel but I asssume it’s from the windows that don’t completely shut. Good price for a place to rest but if you like cleanliness then this is not the best place to be.

The room furnishings were extremely outdated. The bathroom appeared not to be cleaned in many weeks. There were dust on the floors and behind furnishing everywhere. The floor looked as if it was washed with dirty water with streaks everywhere. The fridge was old and very loud. The Tub was appeared as if someone took a shower weeks ago and was never cleaned since. I would not stay at this facility again.
