Proceed With Caution The staff was great, however that building is terrible. So are the breakfast, kitchen supplies & linens.

Marissa the rude front desk I would recommend this only if you did not have to deal with Marissa the front desk clerk. She was rude and stayed on a cell phone the entire time I was there. I was early for check in and she told me I would have to wait 30 minutes. Which was fine. I then asked may I see the pots and pans that come with the room so I can decided what I need to buy before I checked in. She told me I could NOT see the pots and and pans until 3. I was like seriously. My room was already fully paid. I was just waitin... read more

Bad Visit Check in clerk acted like I was bothering her by coming by. She did not show me (on Map) where my room was. She gave me wrong directions to park and get to my room. No luggage cart, no breakfast. etc.....

2.5 star it is not as I expected also Rome was a normal nothing special on it and the price was a little high comparing with the same other hotels that's it

It was horrid! Not only was our first room dirty when we checked in... things that they list as amenities were NOT available. NO ICE MACHINE in the whole place? The breakfast promised was ridiculous. There were no coffee makers in the rooms. Everything was just incredibly cheap and awful!! Never again. First time using Hotels.com... probably not again.
