Blah-save your mkney Larry was nice at check in. Hotel in a nice area. Room was dirty, bed was so uncomfortable. We were scared we would wake up to bed bugs. Beer and food still in our fridge. Coffee bar at breaksfast had no coffee, and left after waiting 25 minutes. Not worth even staying for a cheap night.

Never again This was absolutely one of the worst hotels I've ever stayed in in my life. The person who checked us in told us at 1 in the morning that we could not check in until 1:30 a.m. with my family in the car because she said they were doing it computer and internet check. Then she hands us sheets and blankets for us to make up our own bed and a bag of towels that look like somebody's dirty laundry. WORST SERVICE EVER No one was there to check us in at check in time. waited almost 1 hour for someone to come to the front desk. they had one person working in this hotel. they were in charge of front desk AND housekeeping. the person said they were busy cleaning rooms....are you kidding me. No one to check people in on a saturday at check in time. almost missed the concert i drove there to see.

When I went to check in the employees weren’t really all that respectful and weren’t dressed neatly. They also said they didn’t have the room I had reserved (THEEE MONTHS IN ADVANCE.) They said thwy had been overbooked (even though I had made my reservation three months in advance. Then, they took like, 25 minutes to resolve the problem, and another 30 minutes to “clean” the room. Unsatisfactory checkin service Check in was obsurd. Having had worked in hotels in the past I had to tell the desk agent what to do to get my reservation. I had been up for over 24hrs traveling and all I wanted was a room

I book for three people ther was no arrangement for third person the sofa bad for third person the mattres was nasty with blood mark and no spred sheet or no blanket I ask front desk lady for stuff she gave me one nasty spred sheet this hotel had a maravana smell all over this was my worst hotel experience in my entire life

Didn't feel comfortable staying there. We did not end up canceling there. Sofa bed was horrible and only a twin. I was not making my kids sleep on the floor. Did not feel safe

Not suggested My room was smelling something. When I entered the room the AC was off and room was warm. The floor was not clean (you could see your footprint when walking around). Bed was just OK nothing more than that and there was a hole in my blanket. There is no coffee machine and utensils in the room and you have to get them from the front desk. Not really my cup of tea! Didn’t really enjoy my stay,didn’t have my reservation even though I booked it 3 weeks in advance.room was still dirty with some peoples socks,glass empty bottles and soda cans.room keys were not working.Toilet wasn’t working probably and when I asked for assistance never received any help.but when I spoke to someone at the front desk they were very nice trying to assistance me.didnt like that there was no hot breakfas.
