I woke up with bug bites all over my chest. Dirty. Front desk was unhelpful and unwelcoming. Location is amazing though.

Do not recommend Unclean, horrible customer service. Several things in room were broken. Shady tenants lurking day and night.

Trash everywhere During our 2 day stay not once was the outside picked up nor were the hall ways. Cups and fast food bags all over the parking lots and over flowing trash cans. Asked for toilet paper and fresh sheets soap and shampoo recieved nothing but an attitude from the staff.will never step foot into any of these hotels again!

Near Marriott The best aspect of this dump is - it is in view of a Marriott.

Do not stay here I got there late at night and I was not booked somebody dropped the ball I had to beg them for their last room which was supposed to be there classy room and it had no toilet paper the toilet paper holder was broken and noise upstairs was so bad I couldn't sleep

Staff not on the same page Waited 30 mins at the lobby for my room keys while the front desk lady was fast asleep. Understanding how night shift could be....No! She woke up with attitude like I one her up from this dream that's about to change her life. Spend another 30 mins arguing that I have paid before I could get my key.

Disappointed Trash was everywhere under the beds. No wash clothes. Hair was still attached to clean wash clothes. I was very disgusted by that. And my toilet leaked.

Half of our lights didn't work. The staff was rude. And the stove and the dishwasher in the room was broke when we told staff they didn't care at all. No upkeep here

Bad Service Got to suite and there were on pillows on any to the beds, no extra bedding for pull out bed and the remote for the TV had the back missing so you had to hold the batteries in and try the use it at the same time. Went to desk to ask for pillows and bedding, was told to come back in 15 - 20 min. so they could find some. When I went back was given 4 so called pillows for 3 beds (I've gotten rid of pillows in better condition that were given) and told that was all there were. Never will use them again.
