Why reserve ahead? call instead to make sure!!! Booked the hotel, when got there they had switched the dates on the computer, she was able go get me a room after 10 min.. They gave me a room that had been smoked in, when I had ordered non smoking... then when I requested a switch they gave me a smaller room, paid more than $100 for the room .. smaller room was $86 they didnt offer any partial refund, we slept very uncomfortable... there were dead bugs in the bathroom. Hotel stay 12/23/17 First room we were assigned keys did not work, got new keys entered room and room smelled of smoke and mildew, did not appear that room had been cleaned, no pillows were on bed. FYI hotel is smoke free facility. I reported my findings, Anita was very nice and tried to find pillows and febreeze for me, but she could not find any pillows and she appeared to be the only one there. She switched our room and the next room smelled 100% better and there were pillows, but they had not emptied the trash and in the... read more

Not clean or updated Expedia advertises this hotel as newly renovated and while the room does look like it was redecorated recently, nothing else was renovated. The mattress was lumpy, and the pull out mattress was so old and disgusting that we did not even want to use it. When we arrived it didn’t have any sheets and when we requested some the lady at the front desk handed them to us all balled up, which made us feel like they were not clean. Wouldn’t even bring me towels I checked into this hotel after a red eye from Chicago followed by business meetings. Upon entering the room I wasn’t impressed - the kitchen had splatters and the room smelled of bleach cleaner but I was tired and wanted to just shower and sleep. Then I noticed there was only one set of towels. I knew I needed at least 2 so o called the front desk and requested a second set. Forced to move from the room at 9pm because staff decided not to leave me in upgraded room.
