A restful stay We needed a place to stay for the night on our way to San Antonio. We got this place at a good price. The to-go breakfast was only until 9am so we missed that since we needed to sleep in. The hotel including the rooms looked a bit dated but otherwise roomy and nice. The guy at front desk was very helpful and friendly. Thank you for a night of peaceful sleep!

Good longer term place to stay Staff was friendly and very helpful. Our first room had no hot water and they tried to fix the problem while we were out. When we returned, they gave us a new room. With the one deception, our stay was comfortable and unexceptional.

Limited parking, room was clean and spacious, no cups plates etc in a suite with kitchen, no ice machine, halls smelled terrible thankfully room did not, no linens for fold out couch I was told to come down to desk to retrieve them no one could bring to my room, beds were ok , water in shower was ok warm but not hot, ac did not work properly and room was warm even tho thermostat was on 65, easy check in and check out, perfect price for one nights stay, close to i20. I would stay again.

Beds extremely uncomfortable, check-in was a mess. Front desk associate was confused, disorganized, and rude.

Hidden fees This hotel charges a $25.00 early check fee. We arrived at 2:15 pm and had our dog. I managed to get the fee waived but the next day they had a sign that said no early check ins allowed. No maid service unless you are staying more than four days or more.
