Stay at other location down the street Picture is not this hotel. There are no signs saying it's name, this pictured one is down the road. Very hard to find this place, other hotel said lots of people came to their location for directions. Staff is not friendly. Watched them tell a woman and her kids to go back in their room and not be in the hallway. (Kids weren't noisy, just going in and out) They followed me to my room when I first got there, asked what I was doing out of my room. I was looking for a closer door to carry ... read more

Not the worst, but could be better This hotel is capable of a higher rating if they tried. Severely understaffed. At check in, me and several other guests had to wait a long time for the clerk at the main counter to return because he was "the only employee". A hotel this large should have more staff so that the person at the counter shouldn't have to respond to all of the calls from the rooms as well as check everyone in. Not bad overall though there wasn't always someone at the front desk. The rooms seemed small for an Extended Stay America as well.

The service was great. The room for two waa bit on the small side, and it wasn't as clean as other extended stay facilities. Breakfast menu could be a bit more healthy and varied.
