I thought the property was very nice. It was really clean & the staff was super friendly. Honestly the room was much nicer than I expected it to be for the price. Great prices & great stay. (I’m really weird and picky about hotels but I would definitely stay here again.)

Not Terrible Not Great Hotel is run down. For the price they had no amenities. Their grab and go breakfast was coffee and a nutrition bar. They had no workout facilities. Their beds were not comfortable. The only things this hotel had going for it. Is it’s location near the river park and shopping.

Great Staff I would highly recommend to stay at this Extended Stay. Everything was great and specially the staff was very nice and did everything to make my stay great.

Room was not very clean, cigarette smell in bathroom and fridge had 1/4 inch of dust on top along with 100 dents in it (looks like something one would put in their garage). No ice machine. I will say the staff was excellent though!!

Stay at other location down the street Picture is not this hotel. There are no signs saying it's name, this pictured one is down the road. Very hard to find this place, other hotel said lots of people came to their location for directions. Staff is not friendly. Watched them tell a woman and her kids to go back in their room and not be in the hallway. (Kids weren't noisy, just going in and out) They followed me to my room when I first got there, asked what I was doing out of my room. I was looking for a closer door to carry ... read more

Not the worst, but could be better This hotel is capable of a higher rating if they tried. Severely understaffed. At check in, me and several other guests had to wait a long time for the clerk at the main counter to return because he was "the only employee". A hotel this large should have more staff so that the person at the counter shouldn't have to respond to all of the calls from the rooms as well as check everyone in.
