The staff was pretty rude and there were always people who appeared to be either homeless or drug dealers hanging around outside. When we checked in, we noticed our suite didn't have any towels, so we told the front desk and were expecting someone to take towels to the room. Oh, no. They stacked them on the front counter for us to take up ourselves, even though our hands were full. priced right for the area The sign is EASY to miss. Other than the low little sign we were close to the hospital and restaurants

The room was clean and comfortable and the staff was friendly. The hotel is hard to find, since it is not visible from the street and the sign is mostly covered.
