The room smelled like smoke and there were questionable people hanging around the lobby

It’s is mostly used by people for extended stays and it was not up to date (feels dull). Also could smell smoking.

Worst hotel experience of my life. Will never step foot in another Extended Stay in my life again. Terrible staff & stay. Uncleanly, uncomfortable and no accommodations.

They put me in a dirty room with an unmade bed, and then after that, put me in a room with absolutely no garbage can at all, not to mention the inconvenience of the cart and the car distance to the door and the hill that it rolled down. It was so much work. I just couldn’t even get up in time for breakfast.

When I got here, my room had no blankets cigarettes on the counters throw up in the toilet used for a soap with a long string of hair coiled around it I ordered a deluxe King studio with a pullout sofa and when I got here, the front desk person told me that unfortunately they had overbooked my stay and that he needed to upgrade me for free and then put me in a double queen room, and I tried to explain to him that I had paid for a king suite Deluxe room, and he still insisted that it wasn’t an upgrade and made me pay an extra... read more
