Place stinks not comfortsble. Didnt feel safe
I didn't like anything about this property. It was literally a dumb. Good for others who are on extended stays I guess. I was happy I walked with my towels. Just the idea of guests using the towels to dry their dogs, is sickening. I was in two rooms and in both rooms the windows were broken. I felt unsafe. I told the front desk, but I doubt it was repaired. Went into another room 3 days later and the same thing. Window lock was broken. Expedia needs to take this hotel off their list. The guy that checked me in was nice and accommodating but the rest of the facilities were way below sub bar, I highly advise that no one books a stay here
You should be more accommodating to your guests who check in overnight after traveling four hours from a different state with a reservation. The clerk simply blamed it to the systems being down, and he could not get access to make a key. This is outrageous. After driving hours I was told that I could not get a room even though the room was paid for.
You have to ask for new towels daily.. there was no wifi the last day.. sheets never changed.. no coffee sometimes.. first floor noisy.. beds very comfortable.. people sleep there
I have booked a non smoking room and requested the same at the time of check-in. But once we enter the room we could not even breathe with cigarette smell. Also, bathroom door was broken couldn’t close it. Since we are very tired after driving for so long. Had to sleep there. It was terrible experience

Orbitz overbooked so i didn’t get the room I reserved and the alternative did not work for my family’s needs; this was discussed with orbitz and since it was an equivalent price for the room they gave there was no compensation difference even though the room itself did not work and I specifically needed a king bed, however it was very late at night and we were stuck in a storm for several hours and just needed a place for the night.
