I am 54 years old and seasoned traveller, this is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in, period! Expedia should remove it. People sleeping in cars in the parking lot, rusty appliances, stick floor, the rudest staff I have ever encountered and took forever to check in. No water as of 10am

Terrible service, old smelly rooms, breakfast was a joke, stuck up toilet and no help from front desk, not even providing a plunger.

Complete dump. I had to sleep in the car due to cigarette smoke wafting through our AC unit (this is allegedly a completely non-smoking hotel). Sketchy clientele and filthy room. I've been to Extended Stays in the past, so obviously not expecting anything glamorous, but this one is a wreck. Furthermore, I have spent hours with Expedia Support, notified multiple employees at the front desk as well, and still have not received any refund, even for the 2nd night we of course did NOT stay.

Looked great on the outside, not so great on the inside. Mold was growing on the bathroom, the entrances smelled like a combination of pot and pee. It looked like the room had been flooded at one point. Asked for a hairdryer, they could never ‘find’ one. The staff were friendly enough, and the room was quiet. Good for people staying long-term on a limited budget, but might be a little less than what business or holiday travelers expect.

Worst stay ever The stay was terrible. The first room we checked in the beds weren’t even made, the second room we checked into the beds were made but there were roaches in the bathroom annd shower! I opened a mini fridge and roaches literally fell out the refrigerator. I had to sleep in my clothes with all of my bags, clothes and fear of roaches getting into my belongings the shower was dirty and everything was overall dirty. The fire alarm went off for over 4 hours starting at 4am—no fire their system just wasn’t up to code and nobody on shift at the hotel knew how to shut it off. The whole place was run down and dirty. Bathroom door had a hole in the bottom they tried to cover up with clear packing tape. Just a crappy hotel and didn’t even offer a refund for the disturbance and have been nothing but rude. Stay at the best western ballpark hotel, super nice workers and very clean place

They get such a good review on TV commercials that I was looking forward to staying here. Not for long! The facility was unclean, staff unfriendly, no ice machine (only 2 dirty ice cube trays in freezer), lack of parking. The clientele was awful. People allowed to literally run the halls, day & night. Loud fights, both in halls & rooms. Heard the f-word hundreds of times.
