Not a Happy Camper The kitchenette didnt have dishes nor did the closet have hangers. Was told they were out of them. Received dishes the following day....after we had to go out to eat because couldn't cook the food we purchased. Never received hangers

I saw roaches.. the ac unit did not work.. The toilet had remnants of the last individual on it and others.. there were holes in the wall, the towels were stained and my toilet paper had not been replenished.

The rooms that I reserved had roaches, hair on the sheets and toenail clips under the sheets. Staff member on duty was not accommodating and didn't know who the regional or district manager was. Staff member informed another customer that they only clean the rooms once a week.

The Worst Ever!!!! No smoke detector, chairs were filthy the water in the shower was blocked up, Smoke stained room, found 2 roaches in the bathroom the agent that checked me in was just BLANK The warmest feeling cam from Pam the GM while expressing myself upon check out. She was sincere and understanding. Awful stay

The bathroom sink was not drained. The sink was filled with water. There was a used, stained, and smelly bath towel on the cleaned towel rack. The bottom of the refrigerator was rusty.

It was a nice lady at the desk. However, the room was disgusting. There were no sheets on the bed, no rags or towels. We just left!

Room was dirty, had to ask for clean sheets for the bed. Room had an odor. Person at front desk was unprofessional and not very friendly. Property very run down, would not stay at again

Ok, so we quickly checked in Friday, but we didnt go up to room right away. The lady at front desk was really nice and checkedus in quickly.. We came back about midnight and when we went to room, the garbage was still there, no sheets on bed and we found a staff member's clothes and belongings in our room.
