The room smelled awful for a non smoking room. Guests were loud and the general cleanliness of the facility was poor

Room was unsanitary, unclean, and a health hazard!

When I got to the room it smelled like someone or something urinated all over the floor. There were pubic hairs in the tub and the sheets looked like they had not been changed. The strangest thing was that kids were running all outside and up and down the hallway as if they may have been living there. Staff was not helpful.

When I got there my reservation was canceled said they didn’t have anymore rooms available
