Smells of stale cigarettes, weed, and desperation Our flight out of ATL was cancelled and needed a place to stay for the night. This was the closest hotel we could find to the airport that wasn't fully booked. The front desk was super friendly and nice but our experience went downhill after that. Facility wasn't clean and had Roaches!! We had to check out move to another hotel along with other patrons, this was very disruptive on our plans.

The room was sufficient except for the fact there were about 10 baby roaches EVERYWHERE. When I asked if I could switch they said they were sold out and all the hotels in ATL were also sold out and didn’t offer any other alternatives or empathy. I myself had to go out and buy Raid so I could not feel as if bugs would crawl in me in my sleep. The worst experience I’ve had at a hotel thus far!

The outside area area was dirty with litter and dog disposal was overflowing with trash. No amenities in the room . No coffee maker or anything for an “extended stay” hotel. We would never book Extended Stay again as we paid as much for the night as we would somewhere that had these amenities. The front desk staff are the only one we dealt with and they were friendly, courteous and efficient. Was the only good thing about this place.

Dirty !!!! They have roaches badly . Roaches on the bed when you sleeping .

The employees were kind. The place looked fine from the outside, but the inside was worn and not clean. I just felt like it was "ok" but not much else. I was really disappointed in the quality of the room.
