The property location is ideal. The bathroom grout was done very shabbily, messy and just not done professionally. Even a 10 year old can do a better job than that. The carpet was very sticky and probably need a replacement. Customer service desk was friendly.

Rooms were spacious and staff was very friendly. Only complaint was we could hear the neighbor’s toilet flushing like it was ours. Woke us up a couple times during the night.

Online shows hot breakfast but when go to hotel they said just grab and go but I got no discount for the room. The muffins ran out.no juice was offered everyone does not drink coffee or hot chocolate. Then they have products that you can buy. Why not allow guest to get those who have paid a lot per day for one room. I had to go buy food for my kids to eat. The hotel should have given a voucher to a restaurant for breakfast.
