Home away from home Actually, I always book this hotel when I'm having guests from out of town. My home is too small to accomodate them and this always works beautifully at making sure everyone is comfortable and yet convenient to my home.
Soon as I checked in to my room I found a lot of roaches, then when I go to heat food the microwave caught on fire twice, pillows weren’t actually pillows they felt like deflated balloons. Lastly, there were cigarette burns on the couch we had in the room
Don't stay The staff was nice. But the property needs a complete make over. The hotel is listed as non smoking property. I have allergies and I could not stay and had to leave and stay at another hotel

Worst stay ever, place nasty smoky and run down with bugs in room.
The staff at the front desk were nice however, the room had a strange odor and there were roaches coming from the a/c unit.
Dirty, noisy, roaches in the room
I drove 5hrs to find out my reservation was canceled. I asked why was it canceled the front desk clerk stated they had no rooms. I asked why. She said they had a fire 2-3 days and the sprinkler system ruined rooms. Although I was in town for leisure I had to find another area to stay at last minute. Had they emailed or called to notify my cancellation of the room it would’ve been so bad. Poor communication

This is by far the worst experience being displaced out of my home because of a fire. The fire alarm went off last night around 12:00 a.m. I went to the front desk. Me and my daughter ran out of the room. Frantically down stairs to the front desk clerk, and she calmed exclaimed this was NORMAL and I repeat. She repeated that this happens all the time. This is nothing we are8 used to. As if it was a laughing matter I'm requesting a refund please.
