I didn’t care to much for the property because with the staff in the front office I would book a room anywhere they worked

Dont like to be lied on be treated for something I didn't do but they ended up messing up my money and got scared when i want to speak to corporate because its been weeks now. People work hard for their money and now they saying stuff behind my back i overheard them saying horrible things. They not nice anymore.

We experienced cockroaches in multiple rooms offered to us and ultimately decided to leave. The level of dirtiness in the rooms is so much, there could not have been any detailed cleaning in months to years. There is debris on the walls, trim, floors, etc. from long periods of not being wiped down. The toilet flooded from the bottom of the floor during the one night we were there. This was by far the worst hotel I have ever entered and it felt more like a hostel or one night stand kind of trailer type hotel.

This hotel room was, bar-none, the worst hotel room I have ever stayed in. I have lived in a ESA for work before, so I trusted the name, but never again. I have traveled much of the world, and all of the states, and this was by far the worst. The room was in absolute disrepair, it was dirty, and on top of that, it had cockroaches. DIsappointing I pre-paid for a suite with two beds (for two adults and an adult sized teenager) for a two night stay. When I checked in, I was told that wasn't available. They gave me a room with a single bed for the first night but were able to find me a suite with two beds for the second night. I was not offered any sort of refund or compensation.
