The EXTREMELY RUDE and unprofessional assistant manager of this motel canceled my reservation without telling me and without reason. I traveled two hundred miles only to find this HORRIBLE MOTEL refuses to honor EXPEDIA’S CONFIRMATIONS. The hotels smells like an open sewer too and is FILTHY. Expedia should REFUSE to advertise this property and anyone who tries to stay in this DUMP is crazy.

Wish I’d read the online reviews before booking. So many others had them cancel reservation as happened with us. On day of our check-in, after having reservation for some time, hotel calls saying they are overbooked and they’re transferring us to sister hotel in another area. Thankfully we talked them into letting us stay. But, on checking in, our room smelled incredibly of fish (major mold outbreak?). I Had A Terrible Stay This was one of the worst hotels I've stayed at. Here are my reasons "not" to stay here: - There's a sign that says the entrance door is locked for your protection. It's not. Anyone can walk right in. -You have to wait forever for the elevator to come up. Dont like to be lied on be treated for something I didn't do but they ended up messing up my money and got scared when i want to speak to corporate because its been weeks now. People work hard for their money and now they saying stuff behind my back i overheard them saying horrible things. They not nice anymore.

We experienced cockroaches in multiple rooms offered to us and ultimately decided to leave. The level of dirtiness in the rooms is so much, there could not have been any detailed cleaning in months to years. There is debris on the walls, trim, floors, etc. from long periods of not being wiped down. The toilet flooded from the bottom of the floor during the one night we were there. This was by far the worst hotel I have ever entered and it felt more like a hostel or one night stand kind of trailer type hotel.
