Good rooms, meh service Great size rooms, good location, easy access to MARTA, but my room hadn't been serviced fully (trash not emptied, toilet paper not filled) and staff was only available from 7:15a-11:00p so I couldn't get a wake up call.

Nice hotel but had a problem. In town for a night out. Checked in & found hairs on bathroom counter and in shower. Decided to check bed & found that sheets looked wrinkled & not freshly pressed. Then found hairs in bed. Went to clerk to complain & she apologized saying that it was because of a temp maid that day that they had problems with that day. Clerk was kind & understanding and gave me a room on a different floor. This room was clean & comfortable. Lesson learned....always check bathroom & bedding before unpacking your... read more
