This place was great... The staff did all they could to accommodate me... They were very approachable, polite, and genuine... I noticed some decorations they've done to accommodate other guest, I'm sure would not have happened anywhere else. I'm grateful to have stayed with them

Random Policing Please Need better random checks around the hotel. Someone was have a very loud conversation outside my room at 1am - I didnt want to get out of bed and get dressed to shut them up so I waited for them to run out of steam. By 2am I called the front desk- still tired and not wanting to get out of bed. Security came up and shooed them away. 3am - out in the hall again renewing the conversation.

Nice hotel, great staff My stay here was very nice the hotel is in good shape and in a good area its very laid back and has a relaxing home like atmosphere. The staff are very nice and helpful especially the assistant general manager Chade, she was very sweet and accommodating to me when I needed help with a reservation. Also the staff is helpful when asked for something instead of rude and dismissive like a lot of other hotels now a days overall I would definitely stay here again when in this area!
