Kudos to Ms. Chade' and Mr. Brian I had a wonderful stay! The hotel staff was helpful, friendly and professional. Ms. Chade' and Mr. Brian ran the front desk like a well oiled machine balancing phone calls, check ins/check outs and other guest requests. I appreciate them making my stay comfortable...not just for me but my son as well while we were waiting for our home to be completed.

Understaffed? Service was great when someone was available. From the time I arrived, the front desk was almost always empty so whenever I needed something I had to wait a long time for the one girl working there to come up to help. Maybe they just need more staff so that’s my only complaint. When she was present she had great customer service though

5 star stay that is super affordable and safe Briana was amazing and the manager Chade was awesome in attending to our day to day needs. Highly recommend this hotel if you are in the Dunwoody area! And I’m from Brooklyn so you KNOW we are picky folk!!

Great stay don’t expect great service Stayed here many times, there is only one cleaning lady that comes around once a week smh so I had trash build up nowhere to put and had to keep going downstairs to get towels they wouldn’t even bring it upstairs. Late night lady on staff act like I was bothering her from her sleep at 1am for another blanket

Budget Driven If you;re looking for a clean, low cost room. This meets the needs. Needs more than surface cleaning in the room I stayed in. But, you cant' beat the cost and room is good enough...

Will stay again for sure. The manager of this property is a prime example of customer service; attentive as well as informed me of extended membership which will add to revpar; there are so many rude agents but this property; she trains her staff with brilliance and even have some of her staff promoting her own level of work. True leader.

Good rate for their room quality. Would come again. Internet was fine as well! Be aware their breakfast is "on the go" consisting of nature valley bars (3 flavors), decent sized muffins and instant oatmeal packets, as well as coffee/tea/hot choco. If you are expecting a "continental" breakfast you're dead wrong. No complaints from me though!
