Will stay again for sure. The manager of this property is a prime example of customer service; attentive as well as informed me of extended membership which will add to revpar; there are so many rude agents but this property; she trains her staff with brilliance and even have some of her staff promoting her own level of work. True leader.

Good rate for their room quality. Would come again. Internet was fine as well! Be aware their breakfast is "on the go" consisting of nature valley bars (3 flavors), decent sized muffins and instant oatmeal packets, as well as coffee/tea/hot choco. If you are expecting a "continental" breakfast you're dead wrong. No complaints from me though!

You get what you pay for... OK I suppose I was happy to hear that we got 2 queen beds versus 2 full size beds upon my arrival. Staff was okay, not the friendliest but not rude either. She was just "doing her job". The hotel looks decent upon pulling up. The interior was decent too. However, this hotel needs updating. The furniture in the rooms is OLD, scuffed and worn out. The bathroom fixtures also need updating. The caulking is yellow and ugly. The kitchenette is old as well. Again, I got what I paid for, I get it. Oh btw ... read more
