Rude and disrespectful front desk staff “Jaqueen” made my stay miserable and I won’t ever stay in an Extended Stay again after how she behaved.

After a long drive, my room wasn't ready. There was a bug on the bed. Not going to book again!

I've stayed in some bad hotels before, this one takes the cake by a mile. If you smoke 12 packs a day, this place probably smells just like home. Otherwise, you will have a splitting headache from the moment you walk in, until who knows when. My experience here was terrible. They gave me a room key to someone else’s room when I walked into what I thought was my room. There was a man pleasuring himself in the most weirdest way possible the hallways smelled like cigarettes and weed and especially the room that they supposedly said was mine. The smell coming from that room was disgusting. I can’t even describe what that man was doing to himself.

was not greeted pleasantly by the hotel manager. He mumbled under his breath. I did not understand a single word he said, until he made it clear that there was no single beds available. I said that I would pay the difference to get a double bed without letting me know he put me in supposedly the last available single bed on the first floor 123, I opened the door to this room, and the smell immediately filled my nostrils. We did not have a smooth check in. We arrived very late after a long drive at night, the front door was locked. We had to spend time to contact the customer service, they woke up the desk front person who was not happy to see us. The floor in the room was not clean.

The front desk staff was very pleasant. She was the highlight of the stay. The room was very stale and had a pungent smell that let me know ppl smoke in there all the time. The tub/shower has stains in it.
