The room was soaked with cigarette smell, which unfortunately seeped into my clothes and travel bag. The common area halls were extremely musty and unbearable. The "Breakfast" consisted of bagged muffins, granola bars, and make-your-own oatmeal. No fruit, eggs, bacon, waffle, etc. Don't advertise "Breakfast Included" if this is your definition of Breakfast.

Was given first floor because we had 2 kids, but the person they above us was moving g a lot a heavy, had to take my trash to trash room to get towels had to go to Fri t desk.

My room was switched at the last minute, and the air conditioning unit did not work. I reserved the room for two nights, but had to leave after the first not due to uncomfortable circumstances. The staff only compensated me for one day. The staff was defensive when the matter was brought to their attention. Staff should listen and respond professionally.

Warning ⚠️ This place is disgusting!!!! Soon as you walk into the building, it smells like a pack of Marlboro cigarettes...
