My stay was a mix of excellent service and poor management. While Simone was professional and made my first five days seamless, the experience soured when I tried to extend for two more nights. Despite my daughter having official DMV paperwork to replace a stolen purse/ID, the General Manager was inflexible and lacked empathy. We were restricted to only a one-night extension because she lacked a physical ID card. Check in if you traveling with someone they need their ID too never was ask that ever said we travel all da way here for nothing and we have to sleep and our car because all the hotels book smh
