The flexibility the Assistant Manager Reggie conveyed to.our needs. He wasnt Rigid or uncompromising. When traveling from out of town [especially for events) sometimes rules and times dont always mesh. He definitely worked for our needs and exceeded our expectations.

Great service. This is a budget hotel but the staff go above expectation
