Front desk staff are the nicest! The desk staff were universally friendly and helpful. The room was comfy and quiet. The only thing I would say is that the halls and the front desk area are showing wear. Could be renovated.

Great Location We are repeat guests at this hotel because it is walking distance to an event that we attend. The hotel needs updating & there seems to be a daily scent of marijuana in the hallways. That said, our family was grateful for the abundance of space in our room, full refrigerator, etc.
Not a place I’d ever come again. Aesthetics was poor. Front desk staff was exceptional. If they renovate it could be a nice place.

The staff did their best to accommodate many of us checking in at the same time, whose reservations were all missing from their bookings due to us using other sites such as EXPEDIA to do so. The back stairwell near my room was filthy and filled with what I’m hoping was dog feces, I did mention this to the manager when he called the day I checked out and he said he had cleaned it up.
