Not bad but not great. Just acceptable. Friendly staff, easy check in/out. Room was clean but was dated, bathroom tub had some chips, in the corners under bath cabinets was missed debris. I’m not looking to eat off the floor or tub. If you need a room this will do.

I have no complaints room and hotel was clean, only thing I would like breakfast to be extended a little longer

Good location to where we wanted to go. The staff wasn't real friendly. When we got back from the concert the halls smelled like sewage. Not sure if there was an issue, but it stunk. I felt like our room started to smell too after going to bed. I could hear people in the hall way and slamming their doors for hours after trying to go to sleep. The continental breakfast was granola bars and oatmeal packs.

Convenient I booked a room at this hotel as it was close to the Palace of Auburn Hills. We were attending a concert there. Unlike other reviews, our room was clean. It has a big fridge with freezer, cooking elements and a microwave. There are NO utensils, plates, glasses or anything else kitchen wise in the room. The beds were comfortable in my opinion. Check-in and check-out were easy. If I was attending another event at the Palace I would not hesitate to stay here again.

Leftovers and Overbooking The stay was okay, but the biggest thing that stuck out to me was the left over take out food in the fridge. Also, there was a group of 4 people at the service desk who claimed to have had 2 queen beds reserved, however the hotel and some other outside company overbooked them. They were not happy. They did not get their 2 queens, and I am unsure what they did for sleeping arrangements. They suggested we gave up our room because we were "behind them" in line.
