Luz, the front desk clerk who helped us out during our stay deserves a raise. She has excellent customer service skills, and went out of her way to help! Would come back to this property, if I knew she was working!

Good enough It’s a bit dated, and not particularly modern. But it’s a great way to save some money and be close to the action It was a bit musty, but the staff was very nice & The room itself was clean Good if all you want to do is sleep

Convenient to the Congress Bat bridge and downtown. Also, easy to find as we entered Austin.

I really loved the location of this hotel, it's super easy to walk to the bridge or walk to South congress.the room was ginormous. The room smelled like wet dog but if you got past that it was worth it. I would stay here again, the price makes sense.
