The check in was quick and easy but everything was very worn out and halls were very smelly. The rooms smelled cleanish but things were well used. No coffee in room and breakfast very minimal

Prior requests weren’t taken care of by staff. The key card didn’t work getting in hotel and room. Went twice to front desk for keys to be reactivated and swapped. 3rd floor leak had hallway under construction and made look dirty. Rooms were nothing special. Was nothing special and only stayed 1 night.

This was my 2nd stay at this hotel due to location. The staff was very friendly and the room was clean. The towels were even soft! The building is older but modern and the location is great for downtown activities. Walking distance to Palmer Event center South Congress (SoCo) shopping district as well as food. I will stay there again next year.
“Not what I expected” The room looked clean at first glance, but unfortunately, it wasn’t up to standard. The bed sheets had hair from previous guests, which was very unpleasant. There was also a bad smell in the room that didn’t go away during my stay. On top of that, the sheets were rough and uncomfortable, which made it hard to sleep well. I was expecting better hygiene and comfort for the price.
